Space Rental

If you are interested in renting either of our two studio spaces, the one in Minneapolis or the one in Bloomington, investigate which space fits your needs. Minneapolis Studio

3010 Minnehaha Avenue, Minneapolis, MN 55406

• 45' x 45' clear span, 10' minimum ceiling height
• 40' x 7' glass mirrors on two walls

• No dressing room, but 5 fully handicapped accessible designer bathrooms
• Rehearsal rental: $15/hour if paid in advance
• Class rental: $23/hour if paid in advance
• Rental for dances: $50/hour with 4-hour minimum
• Discounts for daytime and long-term rentals
• Fully handicapped accessible

Parking options include the parking lot on the south side of the building, the parking lot on the north side of the building next to the police station, and ample street parking.

Bloomington Studio

Cabaret Theater

Our Minneapolis studio is available for Cabaret seating. Please call for information if you're interested in renting the space. Note: This photo is from our former studio.
